Haji Noora Ki Nihari, Bara Hindurao, Old Delhi

 

Noora Nihari Bara Hindurao is the world famous Nihari in Old Delhi.
Haji Noora was the founder of this Haji Noora Niharahi. This is a major joint in Old Delhi Street Food. According to me this is one of the Naharies that I believe are on the level 1. There is one more Nahari that I put on the level 1 and that will be shown soon. 

बीफ निहारी के लिए सबसे अच्छी जगहों में से एक। धीमी पकी हुई बीफ निहारी बस सुगंध से भर जाती है
और हरी मिर्च से गार्निश की जाती है और अदरक को खमीरी रोटी के साथ परोसा जाता है।
हालांकि बैठने की व्यवस्था केवल फर्श पर है ... और यह लगभग 80 साल पुरानी दुकान है और मुझे लगता है
कि लगभग 40 साल पहले चित्रित किया गया था। लेकिन वे मुंह में पानी लाने वाली निहारी की सेवा करते हैं।
यदि आप भाग्यशाली हैं तो वे नल्ली की सेवा भी करते हैं।
